Tore a medial collateral ligament in 2000 and missed three games. Pos: Nice sized, intelligent lineman best on the strong side. Works to play low, effectively positions his body and stays square, controlling opponents at the point of attack. Patient, uses blocking angles and fights to keep opponents away. Quick into his run blocks or setting up in pass protection. Attacks defenders and removes them from the line blocking or engulfs them at the point of attack. Neg: Marginal movement skills; lacks blocking range, displays no abilities on the second level and though he can slide laterally, better in confined quarters. Analysis: Average athlete that uses his tools to the utmost. Has room to grow physically and could eventually see significant action on the right side of the line.
