Brady Quinn leapfrogs Tim Tebow

Brady Quinn has leapfrogged former Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow for the Denver Broncos' backup quarterback role, at least for tonight.

The former Cleveland Browns first-round draft pick is ahead of Tebow on the depth chart for tonight's preseason game against the Buffalo Bills.

Kyle Orton is the starter and Tebow and Quinn remain in competition for the backup job.

For Tebow, the former Heisman Trophy winner fron the University of FLorida, this is the latest setback in his NFL career since the departure of Josh McDaniels and the arrival of a new regime headed by John Elway Recommended Stories
