Jets cut kicker Nick Novak

The New York Jets cut kicker Nick Novak and punter Chris Bryan, according to a league source with knowledge of the situation. That means that kicker Nick Folk and punter T.J. Conley have won their respective competitions.

Folk had his struggles last season. However, he came up big in the clutch with a field goal to beat the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC wild-card round.
