Andre Gurode to visit Patriots

The New England Patriots are scheduled to meet with former Dallas Cowboys Pro Bowl center Andre Gurode, according to the Boston Herald. Gurode, 32, was cut by the Cowboys recently, primarily due to his health after undergoing offseason knee surgery, the development of Phil Costa and his $5.5 million salary

Gurode has also drawn interest from the Seattle Seahawks and the Detroit Lions.

It would be strange if Gurode joins the Patriots considering that he was stomped by Patriots defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth years ago when Haynesworth played for the Tennessee Titans. For more coverage of the Patriots, go to Patriot Insider at Recommended Stories
