The Washington Redskins brokered an injury settlement with wide receiver Malcolm Kelly, removing him from their reserve-injured list. Kelly caught only 28 passes for 365 yards and no touchdowns in three NFL seasons. He's a former second-round draft pick from Oklahoma.

Redskins coach Mike Shanahan characterized what happened with Kelly as "a shame."
