Reggie Bush workload to remain the same

Miami Dolphins running back Reggie Bush's first game with his new football team wasn't a stirring hit. He rushed for a mere 38 yards on 11 carries, catching nine passes for 56 yards during a loss to the New England Patriots. The Dolphins still have no plans to reduce Bush's workload, though.

“As the game got longer is where we probably should have got Reggie out of the game a little bit more," coach Tony Sparano said in remarks distributed by the team. "Maybe some guys into the game to take some of that wear and tear off of him but that’s alright. He played a bunch of plays. A lot of ‘em were in pass game last night. In a perfect situations, he had 20 touches last night, probably the ball went at him I would say another four or five times so he probably targeted 25 times last night. However it is we get him the ball I’d like that number to be in and around that number. If we can get him the ball somewhere around 20 times somewhere or another I think that’s a good problem.”
