Raiders place Ricky Brown on IR

The Oakland Raiders placed reserve linebacker Ricky Brown on injured reserve with a concussion and promoted fullback Manase Tonga to the active roster from the practice squad. Brown incurred the head injury against the New York Jets last month. Tonga could back up Marcel Reece since he has been hampered with an ankle injury

The Raiders don't have rookie tight end Richard Gordon available to fill in at fullback since he broke his hand.
