The New Orleans Saints placed offensive tackle Charles Brown on injured reserve with a hip flexor injury that will require surgery. And the Saints signed offensive tackle Ray Willis today to bolster their offensive line depth. He has started 26 career games, appearing in 44 since being drafted in the fourth round by the Seahawks out of Florida State in 2005.
