Taylor Price claimed by Jaguars

Former New England Patriots third-round wide receiver Taylor Price was awarded to the Jacksonville Jaguars off waivers. They weren't the only team interested in him. According to a league source, the Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New York Jets all put in competing waiver claims with the Jaguars having the higher priority.

Price was drafted 90th overall last season out of Ohio University. However, he was inactive for all but one game last season when he caught three passes for 41 yards in the regular-season finale.
