Raiders coach Hue Jackson is standing behind McClain after meeting with him to discuss the incident.
"The information that I gathered myself in dealing with him is I feel the player has an opportunity to move beyond this," Jackson said. "There's no question he knows I'm disappointed with some things that occurred, and I will take care of that in-house."
McClain led the Raiders with eight tackles with one tackle for a loss.
"When the league makes its determination, then I'll make my determination," Jackson said. "Until then, I'm going to trust my player. He knows there's a part of it I don't agree with by any stretch of the imagination."
