The Denver Broncos promoted cornerback Tony Carter from the practice squad to the active roster. Carter is a former Florida State player. Cornerback Andre' Goodman is a question mark for Sunday's game against the New England Patriots due to a concussion.

They cut safety Kyle McCarthy. The Broncos also cut rookie linebacker Derek Domino from injured reserve.
