Detroit Lions offensive tackle Johnny Culbreath was arrested in South Carolina on a charge of simple possession of marijuana. Culbreath, 23, was fined $412, ending the case.

The former seventh-round draft pick from South Carolina State was charged after "Culbreath came out and this unit smelled a strong odor of what appeared to be marijuana," according to a police report.

Per the report, when officers asked Culbreath what he placed in a table drawer, he replied: "Two blunts."

Then, the marijuana was discovered inside the table.

Culbreath spent his entire rookie season on injured reserve with a medical condition believed to be heart-related.
