Jake Ballard tore ACL

It was a rough Super Bowl for the New York Giants' tight ends. Not only did Travis Beckum tear his anterior cruciate ligament during the Super Bowl win over the New England Patriots, but fellow tight end Jake Ballard tore his ACL in his left knee as well. Ballard also tore his posterior cruciate ligament

Both players will undergo surgery this offseason to repair the damage.

The Giants have tight end Bear Pascoe on the roster, but will need to seek more reinforcements due to these knee injuries.
