Chargers sign Robert Meacham

The San Diego Chargers have signed former New Orleans Saints wide receiver Robert Meachem to a four-year deal, the team announced. The contract carries a total value of $25.9 million and includes $14 million in guaranteed money. Meachem met with the Buffalo Bills prior to inking with the Chargers.

Meacham caught 40 passes for 620 yards and six touchdowns last season. The speedy 6-foot-2, 210-pounder from Tennessee has caught 141 career passes for 2,269 yards and 23 touchdowns.
