Buccaneers sign Dan Orlovsky to two-year deal

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed quarterback Dan Orlovsky to a two-year, $2.5 million contract, the team announced. Orlovsky is slated to back up starter Josh Freeman. Orlovsky passed for 1,201 yards, six touchdowns and four interceptions for an 82.4 quarterback rating last season for the Indianapolis Colts.

He has previous stints with the Detroit Lions and the Houston Texans with 14 career touchdowns and 12 interceptions.
