Veteran wide receiver Deion Branch has rejoined the New England Patriots on a one-year contract, a league source confirmed. Branch, 32, caught 51 passes for 702 yards and five touchdowns.

For his career, Branch has recorded 502 career receptions for 6,499 yards and 39 touchdowns.

He has caught 99 passes for 1,408 yards and 10 touchdowns for the Patriots over the two seasons.
