Buccaneers sign Gary Gibson

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed former St. Louis Rams defensive tackle Gary Gibson to a two-year contract. Gibson played for Buccaneers coach Greg Schiano at Rutgers. He has started 22 career games. Gibson has previous stints with the Baltimore Ravens and Carolina Panthers.

The Buccaneers announce that they cut defensive tackle John McCargo, which Scout reported previously.

They also cut wide receiver Raymond Webber, who was claimed by the Seattle Seahawks off waivers.
