Detroit Lions defensive tackle Nick Fairley is in trouble with the law, again. Fairley was arrested early Sunday morning in Mobile, Ala., according to police reports. According to Alabama state troopers, Fairley was arrested at 1 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, no proof of insurance and having an open container in his car.

The former Auburn star is now free on $1,750 bond.

"We are aware of the reports and are in the process of gathering more information," the Lions said in a statement.

The former first-round draft pick was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana in Mobile earlier this year.

The former Auburn star has a July arraignment on the misdemeanor possession charge.

With this latest brush with the law and pending case, Fairley could face discipline from the NFL.

Fairley was relatively unproductie as a rookie last season, recording 11 tackles and one sack.
