Marcus Stroud retiring as a Jaguar
He last played in the NFL two years ago with the Buffalo Bills, starting 14 games and registering 49 tackles, three sacks and one forced fumble as he started 14 games.
Stroud was traded to the Bills on March 1, 2008 in exchange for third-round and fifth-round draft selections.
In 2009, the Bills signed Stroud to a two-year, $16 million contract extension.
He was cut on Feb, 16, 2011. He was with the New England Patriots during the offseason last year after signing a two-year contract, but was cut on July 28, 2011.
The Jaguars selected Stroud with the 13th overall pick of the first round in the 2001 NFL draft.
