Former Pro Bowl safety Chris Hope has joined the Atlanta Falcons, agreeing to terms today. Hope broke his left forearm last season with the Tennessee Titans and was limited to 10 games after the injury required surgery to repair the damage. Hope recorded 101 tackles two seasons ago.

Hope is a former Pittsburgh Steelers third-round draft pick.

He signed with the Titans in 2006.

Hope finished last season with 33 tackles, one interception and two fumble recoveries, starting two games.

For his career, Hope has recorded 758 tackles, four sacks, 20 interceptions, four forced fumbles and seven fumble recoveries.

Hope made the Pro Bowl in 2008 when he intercepted four passes and registered 93 tackles.
