Per the report, the incident happened at 4 a.m. at a Hampton Inn when Lewis and his brother, Lamar Lewis, were locked out of the hotel.
According to police, the brothers were both drunk.
Dion Lewis was released after being arraigned. His brother was held without bail.
A former Pitt standout drafted in the fifth round, Lewis rushed for 102 yards and a touchdown as a rookie last season for the Eagles.
