The Indianapolis Colts have cut former USC inside linebacker Chris Galippo. Galippo went undrafted and was signed in April immediately following the NFL draft.

For the Trojans, Galippo recorded 166 career tackles, 12 for losses, 2 1/2 sacks and six interceptions.

Two seasons ago, he was named honorable-mention All-Pac 10 and was honored as USC's Special Teams Player of the Year.

He was a seminfinalist for the Butkus Award in 2009.
