Steelers re-sign offensive tackle Max Starks

The Pittsburgh Steelers have re-signed veteran offensive tackle Max Starks, the team announced. Starks is a 6-foot-8, 345-pounder who has been with the Steelers for eight seasons. Starks was drafted in the third round in 2004. Starks has started 80 career games, a dozen last season

Starks has started eight career playoff games, including the Steelers' Super Bowl XLIII win over the Arizona Cardinals.

"It's real and sealed!" Starks wrote on his Twitter account. "I'l be seeing you in Latrobe!"
