The Cincinnati Bengals have signed free agent cornerback T.J. Heath. Heath is in his second NFL season out of Jacksonville State. The 6-foot, 198-pounder signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars last year after going undrafted

He played in five games, registering two special teams tackles last season.

He was cut by the Jaguars on Wednesday.
