The Tampa Bay Buccaneers claimed wide receiver Jordan Shipley off waivers from the Cincinnati Bengals. Shipley has been recovering from a torn anterior cruciate ligament. He was drafted in the third-round two years ago out of the University of Texas.

As a rookie, he caught 52 passes for 600 yards and three touchdowns. Shipley had been with the team since the 2010
season. For more coverage of the NFL, go to profootball.scout.com. Follow me on Twitter: @RavensInsider
