A day before the New England Patriots are set to play in the AFC Championship, the organization signed defensive lineman Marcus Forston to the 53-man roster. Forston was previously on the Patriots' practice squad.

However, this isn't the first time Forston's been on New England's 53-man roster. As an undrafted free agent out of Miami, Forston made the 53-man roster coming out of training camp and made his season debut in Week 3 against Baltimore, New England's opponent on Sunday.

Forston was released and placed back on the practice squad on Sept. 28, which is where he's been until Saturday.
