After several lean campaigns Penn State hopes to get back into the post season this year. In a rare occurrence the program did not have a single player drafted last April. That will not happen in 2006.  

Offensively the top prospect he is a junior tackle Levi Brown.  A good-looking blocker, Brown is strong at the point and effectively moves opposing lineman off the ball.  Blocking with good knee bend Brown gets outstanding leverage on opponents and displays the ability to chop block.  Though solid in pass protection, Brown lacks the top footwork and does not always display top lateral blocking...
