'06 NFL Draft: Ranking the Quarterbacks

Rankings for all quarterbacks eligible for the 2006 April draft. Included are seniors, juniors and third-year sophomores. While the list starts off with a senior we feel underclassmen will impact the top-ten at this position should they decided to enter the mix.

2005 QUARTERBACK RANKINGS

Leinart will be a top three selection next April.  While he does not have the same physical skills of his predecessor Carson Palmer, Troy's leader behind center has better mental intangibles.

If Brady Quinn enters the draft he will be selected during the first half of round one.  Vince Young won't be far behind Quinn in the first frame.  Though he is not as good a "passer" when compared to Quinn at this point, Young has much greater long-term potential.

D.J. Shockley, Kellen Clemens and Brett Basanez have made a major leap up draft boards.
