NFL Draft '07: Scouting Cincinnati

Posted Sep 5, 2006

Cincinnati has struggled since the departure of record setting quarterback Gino Guilduli two years ago. Presently no senior on the roster carries a draftable grade.

Greg Moore is a nice sized interior runner who displays power and the ability to pick up yardage off initial contact. Also patient, Moore waits for blocks to develop and works runs. Possessing marginal speed he has possibilities as a short yardage ball carrier. Junior Bradley Glatthaar is also sized-well and displays an aggressive running style. Possessing a nose for the end zone, he is another who projects as a short yardage back in the NFL. Tight end Brent Celek is a hard-working player who consistently finds the open spot on the field and almost always comes away with the grab. Displaying adequate speed Celek is a deficient blocker but could be drafted by the team needing a "move" tight end.
