Week 4 is in the books, and there is a Tie at the top of the Updated Scout.com Power Rankings. The Chicago Bears' impressive performance against previously unbeaten Seattle was enough to move them into a tie with the Colts atop the Scout.com Power Rankings. Randy Taylor had The Colts #1 and Adam Caplan had the Bears #1.

Other movers and shakers include the Cleveland Browns, who separated themselves from the depths of the NFL with a stirring comeback against the Oakland Raiders on the road. The Dallas Cowboys and Jacksonville Jaguars are headed in opposite directions this week.
