Scouting the New Orleans Bowl for NFL Talent

Two surprise teams make it to the post-season. After winning just a single game in '05 Rice made a run at the Conference USA title game this year. To their credit Troy State won it's initial Sun Belt championship. The NFL talent in this game is mostly of the free agent variety.
