Scouting the Texas Bowl for NFL talent

December 28, 8PM EST, NFL Network: A glorious campaign by the Rutgers Scarlet Knights is capped off with a trip to Texas. Kansas State makes a return to the post-season after a short hiatus. Except for RU's Brian Leonard, the talent in this game is of second day variety.
