QUARTERBACKS
HOT - Derek Anderson's totals have surprised everyone considering he didn't get the week 1 start and many of the Cleveland faithful wanted rookie Brady Quinn to start week 2. Big Ben's 5 TDs came on only 400 passing yards. Carson Palmer's 8 TDs through 2 games is just amazing (last week's game against the Browns was most of it...so don't expect a prorated 64 TDs for the season).
COLD - Rex Grossman is an icebox...but that was expected. Who would have thought a healthy Drew Brees and Donovan McNabb would have 2 TDs combined after two weeks?!? Most thought Rivers, Young, and Smith would be doing a little better...and they eventually probably will.

RUNNING BACKS
HOT - Okay, so Edge just needed Ken Whisenhunt and some attention to the running game, but check out LaMont Jordan's stats through two weeks!?! And imagine what Marion Barber would do with more touches!?! Rookie Adrian Peterson is looking like the real deal in Minnesota. Travis Henry and Brian Westbrook can't be held out of the endzone for long.
COLD - So LT's totals aren't THAT bad, but LaDainian Tomlinson was taken #1 in EVERY fantasy draft on the planet after last year's totals...and don't expect LT to stay in the fridge for long. So out of Larry Johnson, Cedric Benson, Steven Jackson, Laurence Maroney, Thomas Jones, Reggie Bush, and Maurice Jones-Drew...which were NOT taken in the first round in your fantasy draft??? Answer: More than likely, 6 of the COLD running backs listed here were 1st round picks in most 12-team leagues...wow!

WIDE RECEIVERS
HOT - Pretty much expected. Randy Moss is proving he's still the man and giving Steve Smith / Chad Johnson a run for their money. Possibly the most talented on this list is Andre Johnson...but he suffered a sprained knee in week two which will keep him sidelined potentially for 5 weeks. Joey Galloway and Braylon Edwards were each huge in last week's games and are both wanting to keep the pace.
COLD - Maybe I can believe most of these (and even the lack of production by Lee Evans), but I certainly thought Dante Stallworth would be going off in New England. I guess it's only been 2 weeks.

TIGHT ENDS
HOT - I believe these may be my top 7 ranked fantasy tight ends from early July (and almost in exact order). But who couldn't have predicted this? These guys are the cream and will roll all season.
COLD - Not really worth a comment...
