A league source told Scout.com Wednesday Tennessee Titans second-year RB Chris Henry is expected to drop his appeal Wednesday on the four-game suspension which the league handed out for violating the substance abuse policy.

Henry was notified by the NFL on the first weekend of this month that he tested positive for a substance that was on league's banned list.

Henry will miss miss this week's game at the Cincinnati Bengals and will be eligible to return to practice with the team starting in Week 16.

The former University of Arizona star currently is third on the team's depth chart at running back behind starter LenDale White and veteran Chris Brown.
