On Tuesday, January 15th, underclassmen decided their football future and either declared for the NFL Draft or headed back to school. On that same day, Scout.com released its draft database that consisted of more than 300 prospects.
Since the updated database's release, there has already been some movement. Clemson’s James Davis and Oregon’s Patrick Chung, who at first declared for the draft on Tuesday, reconsidered their intentions and will return to school.
After the database's release last Tuesday, there were some late declarations that evening. Mississippi’s OT Michael Oher, Oklahoma’s Reggie Smith and Arkansas’ Felix Jones all decided to forego their senior seasons and enter the draft.
The late entries have caused some movement within the top-20, and the following signals indicate a players draft stock; whether it’s rising, falling or staying the same:

The only player who dropped out of the top-20 that debuted was LSU WR Early Doucet. He dropped from No. 20 to 21. Boise State’s junior OT Ryan Clady moves into the top-20. Here is the rest of the updated top-20.
