Scouting
Report
The Good:
Powerful defender that may project to
the strong side at the next level. Forceful
moving up the field, holds his ground against blocks and throws his
body around the field. Physical,
squares into his tackles and wraps-up the ball carrier.
Gets adequate depth on his pass drops.
The
Bad:
Makes more plays going forwards then in
reverse, lacks lateral speed, range and gets caught up in the wash moving to the flanks.
Hesitant when the ball's in the
air.
The
Skinny:
Playing style dictates middle linebacker
but ability to out muscle opponents may move him over tight end.
