Cincinnati DE Connor Barwin worked out for an AFC East team early last week and then for the Seattle Seahawks last Friday. This week, he'll work out for a pair of teams on consecutive days.
Scout.com has learned that the 6-foot-3, 253-pound lineman, who could switch to outside linebacker in a 3-4 scheme in the NFL, is scheduled to workout for the Miami Dolphins on Monday, March 16 and the Denver Broncos on Tuesday, March 17.
Barwin earned First-Team All-Big East honors in 2008 even though it marked his debut year on the defensive side of the ball. A converted tight end, Barwin impressed scouts at both the Senior Bowl and the Combine with his athleticism and speed. He was among the top performers at the Combine in the 40-yard dash, vertical and broad jumps, three-cone drill and 20-yard shuttle.
