Based on the combine results, four to six of these senior centers have a real chance of being selected in this year’s player draftm although there is (in my opinion) a significant drop off in talent beyond the top three rated prospects (Unger, Wood, Mack).
Max Unger and Eric Wood are tough blue-collar players who have a chance to become starters in time. A.Q. Shipley was clearly the best from an athletic standpoint at the combine workouts but is acutely undersized.

We will get into the minutia of player ratings very shortly, but from what I have seen to this point, I personally would not consider any of the above-rated centers with my first selection.
