Steuber's Second Round Mock Draft

Now that the NFL Scouting Combine has concluded, and the big money free agents are off the market, the NFL universe shifts its focus to the Pro Days of this year’s top draft prospects. A lot has changed over the last month and when you observe my most recent attempt to forecast the future of 64 prospects, you will notice some different names and a major shakeup throughout.

The impact that the underclassmen will have on this year's draft is obvious. There are plenty of underclassmen to choose from, but unlike the first round where I projected 19 underclassmen to be selected, only ten come off the board in the second frame.

	The Rams are starved for talent, and adding Best in the same backfield as Steven Jackson could prove to be a dangerous one-two punch. For more on the Rams, click here.
	Kyle Wilson
	Senior	CB	5-10	194
	The Lions have serious problems at cornerback and must improve their pass defense. Wilson has the swagger needed to play immediately. For more on the Lions, click here.
	Arrelious Benn
	Junior	WR	6-1	219
	The Buccaneers have to give Josh Freeman a WR to grow with, and since Antonio Bryant is likely to move on, the addition of Benn is a good start. For more on the Buccaneers, click here.
	Aaron Hernandez
	Junior	TE	6-2	245
	The Chiefs may draft a OT with this pick, but with Hernandez still on the board, he gives K.C. a TE with Tony Gonzalez ability. For more on the Chiefs, click here.
	Vladimir Ducasse
	Senior	OT	6-4	332
	The Redskins continue to add talent on offense in the second round after drafting Clausen in the first round. Ducasse has great upside at OT. For more on the Redskins, click here.
	Jonathan Dwyer
	Junior	RB	5-11	229
	There are a few directions the Browns could go after drafting Haden with their first pick. But, Dwyer and Jerome Harrison make up a solid tandem. For more on the Browns, click here.
	Terrence Cody
	Senior	DT	6-4	354
	The Raiders always do the unexpected on draft day, but they like certain guys. Cody is the mammoth type of lineman they get intrigued with. For more on the Raiders, click here.
	Charles Brown
	Senior	OT	6-5	303
	The Seahawks have to find an athletic OT who can replace the retiring Walter Jones. New coach Pete Carroll picks one of his favorites in Brown. For more on the Seahawks, click here.
	Brandon LaFell
	Senior	WR	6-2	211
	The Bills need a big WR to add to their offense after they allowed Terrell Owens to walk as a free agent. LaFell is a playmaker and a perfect fit. For more on the Bills, click here.
	Patrick Robinson
	Senior	CB	5-11	190
	The Bucs continue to upgrade their defense with the selection of Robinson, who forms an excellent CB tandem with Aqib Talib for the future. For more on the Buccaneers, click here.
	Dexter McCluster
	Senior	WR	5-9	172
	The Dolphins could go for a bigger WR like Demaryius Thomas, but McCluster's skill set fits the Dolphins offense perfectly. For more on the Dolphins, click here.
	Corey Wootton
	Senior	DE	6-6	270
	The Patriots have to bolster their pass rusher, and adding the versatile Wootton, who can add more bulk to his frame, will give them relief. For more on the Patriots, click here.
	Sergio Kindle
	Senior	OLB	6-3	250
	The Broncos could reach for a center at this point and draft J.D. Walton, but the value of Kindle is too great to pass up with this selection. For more on the Broncos, click here.
	Kareem Jackson
	Junior	CB	5-10	196
	The Giants need help on the O-Line, but their defense is an issue. Adding Pierre-Paul in the 1st round, and now selecting Jackson is a huge plus. For more on the Giants, click here.
	Jared Veldheer
	Senior	OT	6-8	312
	The Patriots could use some depth on their O-Line, and they never shy away from taking a chance on a small school prospect. Veldheer's stock is rising. For more on the Patriots, click here.
	Demaryius Thomas
	Junior	WR	6-3	224
	The Panthers are going in a new direction on offense with Jake Delhomme being released. Thomas is the physical WR Matt Moore can use. For more on the Panthers, click here.
	Jon Asamoah
	Senior	OG	6-4	305
	The 49ers added Trent Williams in the 1st round, and the selection of Asamoah here gives them the foundation they need moving forward. For more on the 49ers, click here.
	Ricky Sapp
	Senior	OLB	6-4	252
	The Chiefs run a 3-4 defense, and with that, the need for playmaking LBs is always important. Sapp has great value here and will have an impact. For more on the Chiefs, click here.
	Dominique Franks
	Junior	CB	5-11	194
	The Texans could draft a RB with this pick, but the loss of Dunta Robinson as a free agent forces them to add more talent in the secondary with Franks. For more on the Texans, click here.
	Brandon Ghee
	Senior	CB	6-0	192
	The Steelers secondary was woeful in ’09, and it’s evident that they need an upgrade. Ghee is a great athlete and can play physical at the line. For more on the Chiefs, click here.
	Tim Tebow
	Senior	QB	6-3	236
	The Patriots don't have a lot of depth behind Brady, and by drafting Tebow, they have a talented prospect that they can develop for a few years. For more on the Patriots, click here.
	Daryl Washington
	Senior	LB	6-2	230
	The Bengals may look at a DT with this pick, but the emergence and versatility that Washington has displayed this offseason is attractive. For more on the Bengals, click here.
	Nate Allen
	Senior	FS	6-0	207
	The Eagles focus has to be on defense early in the draft, and adding a playmaking FS is a must. Allen is sound all-around and fits well in Philly. For more on the Eagles, click here.
	Chris Cook
	Senior	CB	6-2	212
	The Packers usually target big CBs, and Cook is the tallest in this year's class. He's also versatile and could play FS at the next level. For more on the Packers, click here.
	Jimmy Graham
	Senior	TE	6-6	260
	The Ravens have to look towards the future at TE with Todd Heap getting older. Graham is the perfect fit for the Ravens and has time to learn. For more on the Ravens, click here.
	Brandon Spikes
	Senior	LB	6-3	249
	The loss of Karlos Dansby as a free agent creates a huge hole at LB. Spikes has some knocks against him, but when it's game time, he shines. For more on the Cardinals, click here.
	Chad Jones
	Junior	FS	6-2	221
	The Cowboys have a need for a free safety who can impact a game. Jones may not be great in coverage, but overall he's sound and a playmaker. For more on the Cowboys, click here.
	Jerry Hughes
	Senior	OLB	6-2	255
	Drafting a tweener like Hughes isn't the Chargers biggest need, but he's the best player available and will be utilized well in their 3-4 defense. For more on the Chargers, click here.
	Damian Williams

	The Jets will look to give Mark Sanchez a WR to help him grow. Reuniting Williams with Sanchez should produce positive results in NY. For more on the Jets, click here.
	Navorro Bowman

	The Vikings could add depth in the secondary or on the D-Line, but injuries at LB make the versatile Bowman an intriguing selection. For more on the Vikings, click here.
	J.D. Walton

	The Colts haven't had to worry about the center position for the last 10 years, but with Jeff Saturday getting older, Walton is the future. For more on the Colts, click here.
	Sean Lee
