The Steelers made a bold move by trading WR Santonio Holmes. It will be interesting to see if any other teams will trade starters before next week's NFL Draft. Last Updated: Sunday at 8:19 AM ET.

Arizona Cardinals

Atlanta Falcons

Thursday: Re-signed OL Quinn Ojinnaka, re-signed G Harvey Dahl, re-signed OT Tyson Clabo, re-signed FB/RB Jason Snelling.

Comments: All four players signed their one-year RFA tenders.

Baltimore Ravens

Monday: Re-signed QB John Beck, re-signed K Billy Cundiff.

Tuesday: Released CB Samari Rolle, re-signed G Chris Chester, re-signed LB Prescott Burgess.

Wednesday: Re-signed LB Antwan Barnes.

Thursday: Re-signed RB Jalen Parmele, re-signed OL Marshal Yanda.

Friday: Signed QB Troy Smith.

Comments: Beck, Chester, Burgess, Barnes, Yanda, Smith, and Cundiff signed their one-year RFA tenders. Parmele was an exclusive rights free agent.

Rolle may have to retire due to injury.

Buffalo Bills

Monday: Signed RB Rodney Ferguson.

Carolina Panthers

Monday: Signed S Aaron Francisco.

Wednesday: Re-signed DT Tank Tyler.

Friday: Claimed CB Brian Witherspoon off waivers from the Detroit Lions, re-signed TE Jeff King.

Comments: Francisco will play mostly on special teams.

Tyler and King signed his their one-year RFA tenders.

Chicago Bears

Monday: Signed LB Pisa Tinoisamoa.

Comments: He re-signed for one season. He wasn't healthy for most of last season.

Cincinnati Bengals

Wednesday: Re-signed CB David Jones.

Thursday: Re-signed LB Brandon Jones, waived CB Mike Mickens.

Comments: Both players signed their one-year RFA tenders.

Cleveland Browns

Dallas Cowboys

Tuesday: Re-signed S Pat Watkins.

Friday: Re-signed WR Sam Hurd.

Comments: Watkins and Hurd signed their one-year RFA tenders.

Denver Broncos

Tuesday: Re-signed WR Brandon Marshall.

Wednesday: Traded WR Brandon Marshall to the Miami Dolphins for 2010 and 2011 second-round picks.

Thursday: Re-signed QB Kyle Orton, re-signed TE Tony Scheffler.

Comments: Denver's receiver situation wasn't good enough to begin with, now they have an even bigger hole to fill. However, they got terrific value for the troubled, but talented receiver.

Orton and Scheffler signed their RFA tenders.

Detroit Lions

Monday: Signed DE Jared DeVries.

Thursday: Waived CB Kevin Hobbs, waived CB Brian Witherspoon, released G Daniel Loper, released S Kalvin Pearson, re-signed OL Dylan Gandy.

Comments: DeVries re-signed for one season. He was released in February before his $400,000 roster bonus was due.

Gandy signed his one-year RFA tender.

Green Bay Packers

Thursday: Re-signed FB John Kuhn.

Comments: He signed his one-year RFA tender.

Houston Texans

Wednesday: Re-signed C Chris White, re-signed OT Rashad Butler.

Comments: Both players signed their RFA tender.

Indianapolis Colts

Monday: Re-signed DT Daniel Muir, re-signed S Melvin Bullitt.

Tuesday: Re-signed DT Antonio Johnson.

Comments: All three players signed their one-year RFA tender.

Jacksonville Jaguars

Kansas City Chiefs

Thursday: Re-signed QB Brodie Croyle, re-signed C Rudy Niswanger, re-signed OT Ryan O'Callaghan.

Comments: All three players signed their RFA tender.

Miami Dolphins

Wednesday: Acquired WR Brandon Marshall from the Denver Broncos for second-round picks in 2010 and 2011.

Friday: Traded WR Ted Ginn Jr. to the San Francisco 49ers for a 2010 fifth-round pick.

Comments: Marshall fills a huge void for the team at the receiver position. Still, they need to add talent opposite him.

Ginn Jr. was a huge disappointment for the Dolphins. He turned out to be a huge reach in the 2007 draft.

Minnesota Vikings

Monday: Re-signed OT Ryan Cook, re-signed DT Fred Evans, re-signed S Eric Frampton.

Tuesday: Re-signed FB Naufahu Tahi.

Wednesday: Waived WR Vinny Parretta.

Comments: All four players signed their one-year RFA tender.

New England Patriots

Wednesday: Signed P David King.

Friday: Re-signed K Stephen Gostkowski.

Comments: King is now the only punter under contract.

Gostkowski signed his one-year RFA tender.

New Orleans Saints

Monday: Re-signed OT Zach Strief.

Tuesday: Re-signed TE David Thomas, re-signed OT Jermon Bushrod, re-signed DT Remi Ayodele.

Wednesday: Re-signed S Chris Reis.

Comments: All of those players signed their one-year RFA tender.

New York Giants

Wednesday: Re-signed WR Sinorice Moss.

Thursday: Re-signed S Domonique Johnson, re-signed WR Domenik Hixon.

Comments: Moss and Hixon signed their one-year RFA tender. Johnson was an exclusive rights free agent.

New York Jets

Monday: Acquired WR Santonio Holmes from the Pittsburgh Steelers for a 2010 fifth-round pick, re-signed QB Kellen Clemens.

Wednesday: Re-signed CB Drew Coleman.

Thursday: Re-signed RB Leon Washington.

Comments: Holmes gives the team badly needed speed at the wide receiver position. However, he's on the final year of his rookie deal and is suspended for the first four games of the 2010 season. So they have 12 games to evaluate him.

Clemens, Washington, and Coleman signed their one-year RFA tender.

Oakland Raiders

Monday: Re-signed LB Sam Williams.

Tuesday: Signed K Swayze Waters.

Thursday: Signed QB Kyle Boller.

Friday: Re-signed LB Thomas Howard.

Comments: Boller is now in the mix with Charlie Frye for a backup job.

Howard signed his one-year RFA tender.

Philadelphia Eagles

Thursday: Re-signed G Max Jean-Gilles.

Comments: He signed his one-year RFA tender.

Pittsburgh Steelers

Monday: Traded WR Santonio Holmes to the New York Jets for a 2010 draft choice, re-signed DE Nick Eason.

Tuesday: Re-signed K Jeff Reed.

Wednesday: Re-signed TE Matt Spaeth.

Thursday: Re-signed OT Willie Colon, re-signed CB William Gay.

Friday: Re-signed P Daniel Sepulveda.

Comments: The Steelers clearly ran out of patience with Holmes' off-the-field issues, so they took what they thought they could get for him. Second-year WR Mike Wallace, who performed quite well as a rookie, figures to take his place in the starting lineup.

The Steelers will get the 20th pick in the fifth round from the Jets. That selection was acquired from the Philadelphia Eagles.

Reed signed his one-year franchise tender.

Spaeth, Colon, Sepulveda, and Gay signed their one-year RFA tender.

San Diego Chargers

Thursday: Re-signed OT Jeromey Clary.

Comments: He signed his one-year RFA tender.

San Francisco 49ers

Tuesday: Re-signed G David Baas.

Friday: Acquired WR Ted Ginn Jr. from the Miami Dolphins for a 2010 fifth-round pick.

Comments: Baas signed his one-year RFA tender.

Ginn will probably be the team's kickoff returner this coming season.

Seattle Seahawks

Tuesday: DE Patrick Kerney announced his retirement.

Wednesday: Re-signed WR Ben Obomanu.

Friday: Waived G Trevor Canfield, signed WR Reggie Williams, signed WR Mike Williams, signed FB Ryan Powdrell, signed G Mitch Erickson, signed CB Kennard Cox.

Comments: Defensive end has to be one of their top priorities in this year's draft.

Obomanu signed his one-year RFA tender.

Mike Williams, a former first-round pick of the Detroit Lions, played for new head coach Pete Carroll at USC. Reggie Williams was a former first-round pick of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Both players haven't played since 2008.

St. Louis Rams

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Friday: Re-signed WR Maurice Stovall.

Comments: He signed his one-year RFA tender.

Tennessee Titans

Tuesday: Re-signed DT Kevin Vickerson.

Thursday: Re-signed RB LenDale White.

Comments: Both players signed their one-year RFA tenders.

Washington Redskins

Monday: Re-signed QB Jason Campbell, signed DT Anthony Bryant.

Wednesday: Re-signed OT Stephon Heyer, re-signed DT Anthony Montgomery.

Thursday: Signed DT Greg Peterson.

Friday: Re-signed DT Kedric Golston.

Comments: Campbell, Heyer, Golston, and Montgomery signed their RFA tenders. Campbell now can be traded.
