When the Rams decided to select University of Oklahoma QB Sam Bradford as the No. 1 pick overall in the 2010 draft, they did so knowing that he has all the intangiables of a winning quarterback.
Bradford, however, probably would be better not playing in year one as he gets used to playing in a pro-style offense. Bradford is not used to calling audiables at the line of scrimmage, and that is seen as something that takes time to learn.
Once he's ready to play, Bradford will have a good young group of receivers to work with and an improving offensive line. - Adam Caplan
