While Sam Aiken ran an improved 40-time perhaps the biggest story of the day
was the appearance of former UNC wide out Bosley Allen, who was dismissed from
the team last year.
Originally slated to play with Sam Houston State in 2002, Allen showed up at
the Keenan Football Center and performed reasonably well giving some the
indication he's worth a look in the very late rounds.
Aiken once again displayed great hands for scouts and former Tar Heel Kory
Bailey, who saw a brief stint with the Jets last season, also showed well for
himself.

Our source told us Andre Johnson was clocked in the mid-4.3's and had a
41-inch vertical jump and overall was happy with his performance.
Brett Romberg was unimpressive running in the 4.9's; not a big deal except
for the fact that he's considered a smaller, athletic lineman.
The most impressive looking player according to our source...Vernon Carey the
junior offensive lineman!
More as it come in.
