AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT
 Coverage Awareness
Showing flashes of ability the past two seasons, Cole offers a lot of potential for the next level. Must fine-tune all aspects of his game and prove he is more than just a size/speed prospect.

Biography:

Full-time starter the past two seasons and an All-Conference selection as a junior. Senior totals included 44/2/4 after career-best totals of 46/5/10 the prior year.

Pos:

Athletic cornerback with solid size/speed numbers. Quick-footed moving in reverse, works well with safeties and displays good recognition on the field.

Neg:

Better athlete than football player. Tends to tackle a little high and is not very physical. Quick out of his backpedal. Does not consistently play to his timed speed.

Spring - comes in as the leader for the left corner slot. Fast, good cover corner should solidify position during the spring.
