Scout.com Player Evaluation:
STRENGTHS
 Drive Blocking Skills
 Explosion
 Nasty Streak
AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT
 Feet
 Flexibility
An intelligent lineman who annihilates the opposition in confined quarters, Bennett is one of the more underrated blockers in this draft. Should be a very good fit in a power running offense.

Biography:

Full-time starter the past three seasons after seeing extensive action with the first team as a freshman.

Pos:

Durable and nasty blocker who opens big holes for the running game. Attacks assignments, jolts defenders with his hands and drives them off the line. Displays explosion at the point, always looks for someone to hit and plays hard until the whistle blows. Smart, keeps his head on a swivel and works well with teammates.

Neg:

Lacks adjustment, is not effective in motion and struggles in space.
