Smallish yet explosive tackle who is best suited for a one-gap system.

Plays with good pad level, quickly gets off the snap and flashes power. Keeps his feet driving up the field, occasionally shows the ability to bull-rush blockers off the line and goes hard until the whistle blows.

Easily tied up at the point, and must do a better job with his hands to protect himself. Possesses just a short-area burst of speed. Had open-heart surgery prior to his enrollment at Mississippi State.
