A four-year starter who's done well on the college level, Bliss has the ability to play at the next level if he improves his consistency and fine-tunes the details of punting.


Biography:

Four-year starter awarded All-Conference honors every season since his sophomore campaign. Averaged 45.7 yards on 47 punts as a senior with a long of 71 yards. Connected on a 61-yard field goal in high school.

Pos:

Strong-legged kicker who drives punts. Can handle the bad snap, gets solid hang-time gives coverage units a chance to make plays down field. Has the ability to flip the field.

Struggles when he must quickly get the ball off his foot. Average skills placing punts or directional kicking.
