Biography:
2006: Horton started all 13 of UCLA's games at the strong safety postition and played virtually every defensive snap ... On the year, Horton led the team with 95 tackles and his average of 7.31 tackles per game ranked ninth in the Pac-10 ... He led the team in tackles in four of the last six games (including ties) and six of the last eight ... He was second on the team with three interceptions ... He also tied for third on the squad with two fumbles forced ... He was the defensive winner of the Paul I. Wellman Memorial Award for All-Around Excellence. In the Emerald Bowl, he was third on the squad with six tackles (five solos) and made his third interception of the season.

2005: Horton suffered a right wrist dislocation in practice on August 17 and underwent surgery the following day ... Horton had the pins removed from the wrist on October 12 and sat out the first six games of the 2005 season ... Returned to action on special teams against Oregon State.

2004: Came off the bench to make two tackles against Oklahoma State ... Against Illinois, Horton made seven tackles and a fourth-quarter interception that led to UCLA's final touchdown ... At Washington, he made eight tackles, third on the squad, and one for loss ... Against San Diego State, he made four tackles off the bench ... Against Arizona, he accounted for the first two points of the game when he blocked an Arizona punt out of the end zone ... Also made three tackles and broke up two passes ... At Cal, he made one tackle ... At Arizona State, he made two tackles before leaving the game in the third quarter with a sprained right foot ... He sat out the Stanford, Washington State and Oregon games due to the injury ... He returned to action against USC and blocked a punt in the second quarter ... He also saw action on special teams against Wyoming in the Las Vegas Bowl ... In his nine games (six on defense), he made 27 stops.

2003: Did not see action in his first year in the program.

High School: Earned three varsity letters in football for coach Richard Walker at De La Salle HS in New Orleans, LA. District MVP and two-time All-District selection ... Had a career-best of 19 tackles in one game ... Made 117 tackles (86 solos), 21 tackles for loss, including four sacks, in 10 games during his senior season ...
