| How Acquired: Signed by the New England Patriots as an unrestricted free agent on August 8, 2007. Released September 1, 2007 and re-signed September 3, 2007.
Pro Career:
(2007) New England Patriots: Joined the team during training camp.
(2006) Oakland Raiders: Signed with Oakland as a free agent during the offseason. Released during preseason roster cuts (August 28, 2006). The New Orleans Saints added Rivers to their squad during the season (December 13, 2006) but ended up releaseing him a few weeks later.
(2005) Houston Texans: Managed 24 receptions for a career high 168 yards. Started five of the 16 games that season.
(2001-04) New York Giants: Appeared in all 16 games for New York starting three in 2004.
Appeared in 12 games (5 starts) in 2003 for the Giants. A knee injury cut his season short. Appeared in 15 games for the Giants in 2002. Appeared in all 16 game for the Giants his rookie season
College: Oklahoma State
Recorded 68 career receptions for 963 yards and 10 touchdowns.
