| Shanle earned a Big 12 honorable mention selection as a senior after collecting 71 tackles, six pressures, five tackles for losses, two sacks, a pass defensed and a forced fumble. As a junior in 2001, He earned honorable mention All-Big 12 honors after finishing fifth on the Cornhuskers with 56 stops, eight tackles behind the line of scrimmage, eight passes defensed, three sacks and a fumble recovery. |
