WR Laurent Robinson: Rams Lose WR for Season by Adam Caplan of ScoutNFLNetwork.com, September 28, 2009 at 4:35pm ET
Laurent Robinson Profile
The St. Louis Rams not only lost to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, but they
lost a few players to injury during the process.
Head coach Steve Spagnuolo said Monday that starting WR Laurent
Robinson suffered injuries to his right leg which will require surgery, so
he'll miss the rest of the season. Robinson suffered a high ankle sprain and
broken fibula. Backup WR Keenan Burton will likely replace Robinson in
the lineup.
Starting SS James Butler suffered an MCL sprain and will miss at least
two weeks.
Starting QB Marc Bulger (right shoulder) is considered day-to-day.
